Sanders enters his junior season with high expectations after earning MVP honors in a 37-34 win over Miami in the Cheez-It Bowl where he threw for 305 yards and four touchdowns. He'll have to get used to some new weapons now that Tylan Wallace and Chuba Hubbard have moved on to the NFL. However, that won't be hard with talented receivers like Tay Martin and Brennan Presley as well as a running back in Dezmon Jackson who saw plenty of carries last season. Even in a down year in 2020, the Cowboys managed to rank 39th in the nation with 426.8 yards of total offense per game. Big rushing performance in Bedlam
Sanders completed 19 of 30 passes for 214 yards and a touchdown with an interception to go along with 93 yards and a score on 16 carries in Saturday's 37-33 win over Oklahoma.
ANALYSIS
Sanders had a 37-yard rushing touchdown in the second half which is a huge reason why the Cowboys are headed to the Big 12 title game. As anticipated, Sanders has been huge in the run-game during the 2021 season with 510 yards and six touchdowns on 116 carries. This has helped offset his struggles in the passing game where he's completed just 60.3 percent of his passes with 16 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Oklahoma State will play Baylor in the Big 12 title game next week.

Sanders red-shirted in 2018 after arriving at Oklahoma State as a Texas prep star and is considered by most as the state's premier quarterback prospect as the youngster has a huge arm and is one of the fastest runners on the team. He has yet to fend off Hawaii transfer Dru Brown officially, but this is expected to happen at some point in the season if not right away. The Cowboys play quintessential Big 12 football which means they will put up a ton of points and allow a ton of points which is a recipe for fantasy greatness.
