Sneed returns atop the depth chart after compiling 39 catches for 497 yards and three touchdowns on 66 targets in his junior season. He will need to get used to a new quarterback as Charlie Brewer has moved on to Utah as a graduate transfer. That means either Jacob Zeno or Gerry Bohanon will take the reigns under new offensive coodinator Jeff Grimes and his wide-zone attack. Sneed announced Sunday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Colorado, joining the program as a transfer from Baylor.
ANALYSIS
Barring any additional receivers joining the team via the transfer portal, Colorado could head into 2022 with Sneed as its top target in the passing game. The 6-foot-1, 203-pound wideout recorded at least 400 receiving yards in each of the past three seasons, topping out with 564 yards (on a career-high 45 catches) to go with two scores in 2021.
