Today is like Christmas for NFL teams. Some teams will have their stockings stuffed with gifts, and some with coal. Until today, I have undertook the impossible practice of predicting the picks without trades. Today, I make an even more ridiculous prediction by trying to predict the trades that will happen in tonight's first round of the NFL Draft. Enjoy the craziness that follows. It'll make tonight seem rather tame. The Green means a team traded up to that spot, the pale red means the team traded down. All in all there were five trades predicted.

John Harbaugh, who served as the Eagles' special teams coordinator for nine years and secondary coach last season, was introduced as the new coach of the Ravens at a news conference Saturday. He replaces Brian Billick, who was fired (on December 31) after nine season on the job.

The Ravens have fired Billick, who compiled an 85-67 record in nine seasons with the team. He is the winningest NFL coach in Baltimore history and guided the Ravens to their first Super Bowl title in January 2001.

There was a notable absentee list - head coach Brian Billick (attending his daughter's graduation),
Willis McGahee, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Jonathan Ogden, Terrell Suggs
- during the final week of voluntary minicamp, according to
The Carroll County Times. Despite no head coach and 12 players
missing, business went on as usual. The team got a chance to see
defensive coordinator Rex Ryan run the show. Ryan almost landed
the San Diego Chargers head coaching job during the offseason.
Asked if Billick has to worry about his job, Ryan said jokingly,
"I didn't want to say anything, but the guys liked the changes."
